Greetings!! Bake Sale Happening This Weekend

 

Hi Friends!
As most of  you know that 1780 CUPCAKES will be having its Bake Sale this coming weekend (28th & 29th August) at Megalong Mall Ground Floor level @ Donggongon Town. I just would like to give you all a heads up of what good things to come on that particular two days..there will be Vanilla Cupcakes, Chocolate Cupcakes, Carrot Cupcakes, Cherry Almond Cupcakes & last but not least Red Velvet Cupcakes. 

Red Velvet Cupcakes & Carrot Cupcakes will be frosted with our homemade fresh Cream Cheese Frosting, while our Vanilla Cupcakes,Cherry Almond Cupcakes & Chocolate Cupcakes will be frosted with our freshly homemade Vanilla Buttercream frosting!

So..I do hope all of you can come and get some of these homemade cupcake goodness which are made & baked with fresh ingredients!

Woohh!! After dinner lastnite I've decided to try these Carrot Cupcake recipe, and boy was I in for a big treat!! I was glad and happy how these cupcakes turn out as I was very surprised with the texture,taste and smell!! It was a great recipe!! It yielded 12 cupcake pieces and that's amazing. Below are the result :) ..after the cupcakes are cooled , I frosted them with a generous amount of varieties colors of buttercream. This weekend is the Flea Market, and I am looking forward to add this recipe for my bake sale! :)

Cookies for The Upcoming Hari Raya!!

In conjunction with the upcoming Hari Raya Celebration next month, 1780 CUPCAKES will be having its cookies sale!! Yes,that's right!  Hari Raya Cookies will be in a form of sugar cookies. Sugar cookie has a very rich buttery flavor. How it is done? There are three(3) types of sizes as this type of cookie are shaped using cookie cutters. There are small,medium & large size cookie cutter. Customers may opt to choose from either of these 3 sizes. Each sizes of these cookie cutter comes in few shapes, customers may choose any shapes they like as long as each shapes are from the same size categories.

Each cookie will be design in 3 types of color using quality royal icing.

Hi Friends!

One of the things that inspires me is finding out what other cupcakes veteran bakers are up to! Fortunately I stumbled upon one of the sites that shares information to fellow inspired young bakers like me. What I found out was that, there's such a gadget called The Cupcake Courier! It was a very brilliant idea..which can stored up to 36 cupcakes.

It was invented ,designed & developed by Jennifer Gunn. A mother of two who needed a safely way to transport cupcakes to her children’s parties and school gatherings. Thank you Jennifer :) I'm looking forward to getting this item myself in the near future.
